When customers upload or enter personal data into the Gover platform, they act as the data controller and Tekve acts as their data processor with respect to such data. In these cases, the customer’s own privacy notice applies in addition to this one.

4. Purposes and legal bases for processing

We process personal data only when there is a legal basis under GDPR. The main purposes and legal grounds are:

Delivering the Gover platform and customer support

Ensuring the security, availability and performance of the Services
